We visited with Cecil's brothers: Fred & wife Peggy Lowe, Douglas and wife Kaye both of Ahoskie and their son Carroll of Wilkesboro,
Roy and wife Martha Lowe of Lake Waccamaw, and other nieces and nephews.  We also spoke with a lot of the folks that attended his birthday
party as well as Richard & Jean Burkett, Cecil's neighbor who cooked meals for him, and Tammy White who cleaned house and washed his clothes.
We also talked to Raleigh Johnson who lives in Murfreesboro, about 15 miles NNW from Ahoskie on # 11.
